We are looking for a Platform Operations Analyst responsible for supporting iGaming platform operations, ensuring operational stability, campaign monitoring, feature tracking, and support for strategic business routines.This role will work closely with global teams, providers, Product, CRM, CS & Risk, and Operations teams, acting in an analytical and collaborative way to ensure a seamless and efficient user experience.We are looking for someone organized, analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced and performance-driven environments. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor platform operations and ensure the proper execution of campaigns, promotions, and platform functionalities.
- Support the operational execution of casino, sportsbook, and other platform products.
- Follow up on operational incidents, identifying impacts and supporting resolution processes with responsible teams.
- Work closely with Product, CRM, and CS & Risk teams to align operational improvements and action plans.
- Conduct operational analysis and monitor platform performance indicators.
- Validate configurations, content, and operational flows before launches and activations.
- Ensure alignment between local operations and global teams.
- Support the documentation of processes, operational workflows, and best practices.
- Monitor platform behavior and identify opportunities to improve user experience.
- Support operational testing and post-release validations alongside Product and Technology teams.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance standards, and iGaming regulations.
- Advanced or fluent English is mandatory for communication with global stakeholders.
Must Have
- Previous experience in operations, platform management, product operations, or related areas within iGaming, technology, or digital environments.
- Analytical, organized, and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with operational routines and KPI/performance monitoring.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of digital platforms, online operations, and user experience.
- Advanced or fluent English for daily communication with global teams.
- Strong communication skills, sense of urgency, and prioritization abilities.
- Availability to work onsite in São Paulo/SP.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience with online casino and sportsbook operations.
- Knowledge of user journeys within iGaming platforms.
- Experience with CRM platforms, back-office systems, or operational tools.
