Responsible for leading economic and financial engineering across MMM consulting studies and projects, ensuring bankable structures, robust assumptions and clear linkage between technical scope, risks and value creation. Acts as the focal point between engineering disciplines, clients and financing stakeholders to strengthen project credibility and investment readiness.
Combines project economics, capital structuring and business judgement to support investment decisions throughout the project lifecycle. Contributes to proposals, funding strategies and client dialogues with banks, grant makers, funds and public institutions, reinforcing Worley’s positioning in decision grade, investment oriented studies.
Key responsibilities:
Economic modelling and financial structuring across study levels
Integrate CapEx, OpEx, risk and ESG inputs into cash flow models
Develop scenarios, sensitivities and value driver analysis
Support client engagement with lenders, investors and funding bodies
Strengthen bankability, governance and engineering pull through readiness
Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related discipline; postgraduate qualification is a plus
5 to 10 years’ experience in MMM, infrastructure, energy or industrial projects
Strong background in project economics, financial modelling and capital evaluation
Proven experience interfacing with banks, funds, investors and public financing entities
Solid understanding of CapEx estimating, OpEx modelling and risk-based analysis
Ability to translate technical projects into clear, investable narratives
Strong communication skills, including executive and investment level discussions
